2. No guaranteed match
Submitting a travel request does not guarantee that a suitable companion will be found. Match outcomes depend on user participation, route overlap, and travel date alignment.
3. User responsibilities
- Provide truthful and current information.
- Update or remove requests if travel plans change.
- Communicate respectfully and safely with other users.
- Independently verify travel details and identity before relying on another traveler.
4. Contact sharing
Personal contact details are shared only through platform workflows. Users are responsible for all communication and decisions made after contact exchange.
5. Safety and liability
TravelSakha provides a facilitation platform only. Assistance provided between travelers is voluntary and informal. TravelSakha is not liable for losses, disputes, injuries, delays, or outcomes before, during, or after travel.
6. Optional support contributions
Contributions through the support section are voluntary donations and are not charges for service access. Donations help sustain platform operations and improvements.
7. Feedback and content moderation
Users may submit reviews and suggestions. TravelSakha may moderate, edit, approve, or remove content that is abusive, misleading, or inappropriate.
8. Policy updates
These terms may change over time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
