Support and Donations Policy

TravelSakha support payments are voluntary contributions made to help maintain and improve this community service.

• TravelSakha remains free for all users, whether or not they contribute.
• Contributions are not a fee for service and do not unlock premium features.
• No tax receipt is issued for contributions through this flow.
• Refund requests are accepted within 14 days. Contact admin@travelsakha.com.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We store only minimal contribution records in our platform.
